Meet Johnny

Through the Fraternal organization WoodmenLife, Johnny Hoggatt has served his clients and community for over 30 years. From taking care of his clients financial situation to presenting hundreds of American History Awards and American flags to non-profit organizations on the GulfCoast, Johnny continues to serve his community. Johnny serves as Vice-President for his local WoodmenLife Chapter 1446. Through this teamwork Johnny has helped build wheel chair ramps for the handicap, been a supporter and contributor to Feed my Sheep, Fatherless and Widows, playground equipment for local school,  numerous teacher/staff appreciation days for local schools.

Johnny has been married to Kimberly Hatten Hoggatt for 40 years. He resides in Orange Grove, where he loves to host his kids and grandkids. Johnny enjoys the outdoors, including Hunting and Fishing.

If elected as your City Councilman for Ward 7, Johnny commits himself to being a full time councilman known for having the ear of the people in this district.  Vowing to do his utmost very best at serving the people of Ward 7 and doing what is best for the betterment of the citizens, Johnny believes that voters deserve to have an active participant fighting for Northwest Gulfport. He promises to treat everyone with the respect that is deserved and that they mean something to this city.  This is an opportunity for Ward 7 to have a servant leader, a philosophy that he follows in his work and in his church.  Johnny further promises to be sure that our $200 million annual budget is spent wisely and for what bests suits Gulfport.
